Highland - Nose of pineapple, lychee, coconut flakes, fresh cut timber and lime. Very juicy palate, lots of buttercream with apricots and figs. Sunflower seeds, peaches and quite grassy on the finish.

Speyside - Toffee apples, honey, eucalyptus and fresh pineapple aromas. Flavors of hard boiled sweets, toffee apples with blackcurrant and blueberry notes. Candy floss, nutmeg and star anise finish.

Dry and malty nose like fresh mown barley. Prickly on the tip of the tongue but smooth on the back of the palate; malty with a little sweetness; a good dram.

Floral, sweet and minty nose with strong sherry taste and a soft but long aftertaste.

Smooth with citrus notes on the nose. Initially spicy, tastes turns to rich nougat, oaky vanilla, light toffee. Warm and comforting and floral sweet with a long finish that is simple, sweet, mellow.

Nose of sweet fudge and subtle mint. A creamy flavor exonerates the fudge on the nose but is short lived. Medium to long finish with a dusty texture.

Nose of roasted chestnuts. Although not a strong sherry, this malt does have a viscous treacle flavor to it. It affords a pleasant warmth and is an ideal dram to savor in front of a warm fire.

Licorice and mint on the nose. Licorice root fills the front of the mouth, slowly followed by a pleasant bittersweet combination that leaves you thinking of licorice candies.

Fresh citrus nose, sweet ripened oranges on the palate with a keenly sweet and very long finish with chocolate notes.

Pear drops and sour plum on the nose. The pear drop aroma is unmistakable and greatly influences the overall flavor.

5 STARS SPIRIT JOURNAL. Chocolate nose, but not too sweet with a slighly bitter flavor on the end. A hint of caramel sweetness sneaks in toward the finish.

Chocolate toffee nose. First impression on the palate is a bitter malty flavor becoming sweeter.

The smell of coffee compliments this chocolately sweet flavor with a smoky finish.

Seaweed and Iodine on the nose. Charcoal ending that is preceded by a wonderful note of smoked fish on the palate. Sherry matured, Islay malt.
